This review was written for What You Don't Know May Be Killing You.
This is an excellent book that we would recommend to anyone who wants to be in line with God's Word regarding their overall health. It is well written in language that anyone can follow by a spirit-filled born again physician who lives what he preaches. This is a good choice to give to a non-Christian whose health physical, emotional and spiritual is at risk. It gives a prayer in the book and clear explanation in a non-threatening way of how to accept Christ as your Lord and Savior for those reading the book who may not be Christians. This book has dramatically changed our lives from the water we drink to the food we buy to getting adequate rest and de-stressing our lives with His Word. We have purchased copies to give to co-workers and friends and it is a vital tool to living a life in Jesus Christ in total victory. Read it - it will bless your life and the lives of others.
