This is only bible I will buy cause I love the Chain-Reference and the Large print is large enough for me and genuine leather is a great cover that stand up long time and bonded leather is very good to if you would like it to be cheaper but still get a great Reference Bible and I would recommend this to any Christian and Pastors and preachers great bible and I am a ordained minister too

If you are looking for a Thompson Chain Reference Bible & you're like me (getting older, and your eye sight is not what it used to be)

This is the TCR Bible model by Zondervan to purchase!! It has large print references & large print text!! & it is indexed!! (&yes, i know the books of the bible & where they are) None the less, i would recommend getting an indexed model, especially if you are going to be taking it to Church.

I do have a Zondervan TCR-Bible in Comfort Print that is Not-Indexed.

A word of caution for older eyes; Research & Consider the text & note font sizes, as well as the dimensions of the TCR-Bible you are considering buying.

very knowledgeable and love the references

I have and have a number of Thompson Chain Bible over the years. The first was in the early seventy. The workmanship on this Bible is outstanding, and of very quality and easy to read with the print size of 10.5. This Chain Reference is outstanding as usual. The only thing I wish they did not change, was the things they left out. Like where our Bible came from, the archeological notes, chart on the prodigal son, and others. However, there are many other resources where you can get that information. Overall, this is an outstanding Bible I would recommend this to anyone who wants a better understanding of God's Word.

The Bible is a great one. One of the most beautiful Bible's I've ever seen. But when I added "Minister" as part of the imprint, the M and I were spaced apart.
