theoWAAge: 35-44Gender: male4 Stars Out Of 5Very good voice-only KJV Audio BibleNovember 8, 2022theoWAAge: 35-44Gender: maleQuality: 3Value: 5Meets Expectations: 4I agree with the reviewer that said there is an "echoing" of the narrator's voice, but in my experience that was not a problem (perhaps because I listen while driving and the road noise alleviates the echoing effect). I like this narrator because he enunciates well and slowly and there is no annoying background music (unlike Stephen Johnson's audio Bibles), without modifying his tone too much (like Max Mclean), and even though the recording is not the best, it's better than the Alexander Scourby versions out there. Only other KJV audio Bibles that are on par or perhaps a bit better that I am aware of are the ones by David C. Heath and the one by Christopher Glynn.

Dave H.Craley, PaAge: 45-54Gender: Male3 Stars Out Of 5KJV Mp3 discs.March 20, 2015Dave H.Craley, PaAge: 45-54Gender: MaleIf you listen to the provided audio sample of this edition, the narrator speaks at a relatively decent pace, & has a rich, baritone voice. However, it sounds far too much like he is standing in a huge underground cave, & his voice is echoing off the walls! If it would not be for this one important issue, I would highly recommend this product. Otherwise, it is just too hard to enjoy this with that constant cave-like echo in the background.
