Alyce30909Age: 55-65Gender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5Hardcover 2005 editionApril 25, 2015Alyce30909Age: 55-65Gender: FemaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I bought the 2005 ed. shortly after it came out in 2005...from CBD. But it is not full of color photos as this 2010 says it is. It does have some full color photos, most are just 4 colors. Mine DOES have a disc in the back to insert into my computer. My question is : Has the 2010 ed. been updated? Mine is NIV version. But I see no where in these reviews or in the explanation by the publishers NOR in the blurbs shown or back cover, that the 2010 has been updated or revised from the 2005. Is it the same, other than the version being different? I know there have been additional finds/discoveries since then...and I am wondering if that was included in the 2010 ed. ( only 5 yrs apart, so maybe not.) Overall a wonderful addition to my Biblical library.

peggy4 Stars Out Of 5KJV Archaeological Study BibleJanuary 2, 2015peggyLove it! The notes and commentary are just what i was looking for. Aside from the cover seeming extremely thin for the size of the Bible, I am very pleased with this purchase!
Bookworm2much5 Stars Out Of 5Awesome Bible!December 12, 2014Bookworm2muchQuality: 5Value: 4Meets Expectations: 5I love having this Bible! The background information found in it is interesting and helpful to understand the Biblical times. It has quotes from other sources that relate to some of the passages and maps to use to see where the different cities and towns were. There is even a reference in the back of the Bible for a quick word-find! I love it!!
Dr Bruce Klein ThDKaplan, Louisiana5 Stars Out Of 5Great for Students of ArchaeologySeptember 8, 2014Dr Bruce Klein ThDKaplan, LouisianaQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5A must have for those who have an interest in archaeology. There are plenty of pictures, charts, and precise explanations of many Biblical archaeological sites. Having spent time at digs in Israel, having written a textbook on archaeology for my seminarians, and as an avid student of archaeology, I highly recommend this study Bible.
It is my personal devotional Bible!
P.S. It has excellent cross references.
