I ordered this book back in Dec. and it was just shipped yesterday (Feb.) I was appreciative of the company keeping me up to date on the status of the book with periodic emails regarding the expected ship date. What did not like was that I received an email confirming my order and the processing of my payment, but apparently once the book was on back order the payment was canceled by the company. This would not have been a big deal but I was not notified, each email received instructed me on how to get a refund if I choose to. The problem I have with this was that payment was then processed earlier this week and I did not get a notification, I just found the charge on my account and then had to do extra digging to find out the the first transaction back in December was actually canceled. I would be willing to order from this company again but if the book were to be on back order I think I will automatically just cancel the order and try to find it else where. Regarding the book it should be in today and my nephew is beyond excited to get started on experiments.
