This book is great, bible wise and also story wise. It is interesting how all the characters represent so many different biblical characters/stories like how in book 1 there is Adam and Eve, Noah's ark, Paul's stoning so on, so forth but in craftily disguised ways. This book is possibly my favorite of the whole series, on the topic of how Jesus came to the earth until the so called "Noble Knights" (the pharisees) killed him. The discussion questions really make you think and read the bible as well. This book is highly recommended to ANYONE over 8 years old.

My 12 year old daughter, really enjoyed these series. Got them for her for Christmas. Read them myself and enjoyed the book, especially like his question and answers in the back of the book.

I admit I was annoyed when Leinad was no longer the main character, but as I kept reading, I liked where it was going. Even so, I thought the biblical referances were too obvious, It doesn't leave mutch to think about, and that goes for all of the 6 books.

From one of my favorite series! Great for reading aloud with the family. The kids enjoy reading them on their own. They are a great flight of the imagination and full of suspense, action, and drama. On top of being incredible fantasy stories, these books contain very clear allegory which can easily be related back to passages from the Bibleeven by our 8 year old. The series takes you through the whole Bible in only a few characters. Definitely a must-read from age 8 to 80!

After reading the first two and moving on into this book we greatly appreciated the writers constant movement in these series, he keeps you involved with each page. My children and I loved each book and the conversations that took place while we were reading these books were awesome and the kids greatly enjoyed each of them and are excited about the next 3 that are coming. I highly recommend these books!
