As a manual for spiritual warfare, the author lays a rich foundation for the reader of principals as taught by Jesus to His disciples. One of the primary principals that are taught is for the intercessor/prayer warrior to first get a legal victory before actually going to war against demonic powers and that is done by learning who you are in Christ and the authority of our position in Christ and persisting until you see the answer. There is a wonderful refresher leading up to how to war against demonic strongholds.
I enjoyed reading the author's insight on Kingdom Government which has some wisdom that was new information to me. He challenges why our prayers for our cities are not having the impact that they should and outlines the church structure from a biblical point of view. Insight into how the early church structures were strong regional and apostolic centers.
The seven gates that must be taken back by the church are addressed with clear directives as to how it should be done before confronting major demonic principalities. It is a weighty portion of the book and is inspiring and encouraging for the reader to catch the burden of intercession. Highly recommended reading.
