I had been (and still am) looking for quality biblically based books that I can read with my kids and will keep their attention. This series was recommended by a trusted friend and it was WELL worth the investment!!! The kids were spell bound every night and would listen for an hour or more each time. It was neat how they could see how this books reflected truths and situations in the Bible and would point that out as it would go along. I like the questions and answers they have in the back to help see the correlation with the Bible. I am not a big reader, but these books had me hooked! I am amazed at Chuck Black's creativity in his writings! I highly recommend this series!

I and my siblings love these 6 books. Every haystack is a castle, every stick a sword, every boy is a knite and every girl is a maiden. Calls such as 'For King and Code' & 'The King Reins and His Son' ring through the hills. Wonderful books!!!

I loved the books and after I read them I made my mom read them. She thought she wouldnt like them but when she started reading them she couldnt put them down either!!!

I read this book about a year ago, I Love to read, especially my Bible, and I had just finished another book series and was itching for a new one. Well my brother Was sitting down and reading a book that had a Knight on the Front and that said "Kingdoms dawn", and I know my brother only reads really good book series and I asked him about it. So when ever he was not reading it, I began reading. I Got Hooked. I finished the series in a week. Me and brother Kept fighting over the books because I was reading it so often he could not get a change to, Laugh Out Loud. So my dad got me my own copy of the series. It inspires and Encourages. I suggest this for ages 10+. I am Under 16 and REALLY enjoy it. =)

I homeschool my kids and we all enjoy reading and having books I can read aloud. This series is amazing! My 11 & 13 year olds cant get enough. We quickly bought the entire Knight series next. Thank you Mr. Black!!!!
