Allan Quartermain Book #1

Adventurer and hunter Allan Quartermain leads a rescue party into the darkest regions of Africa on a quest to find the brother of Sir Henry Curtis, who has been lost while searching for the legendary King Solomon's Mines.

Said to hold an immense treasure, the Mines are in the heart of Kukuanaland, which is inhabited by the fierce and duplicitous Kukuana tribe. Now held hostage by the fierce warriors, Quartermain and his associates must outwit the corrupt King Twala before they can claim the treasure as their own.
