This was my first Hebrew/English Bible, which I purchased soon after publication, and I continue to use it for its excellent quality, scholarly (if brief) footnotes, and expansive introductory notes. The softcover and binding have held up exceptionally well over the years. Canonical order of books and easily identified Torah portions make this appropriate for religious and synagogue use while the footnotes provide an excellent springboard for further and deeper study. Highly recommended.

Was very surprised at first to see you read this bible back to frontt. After thinking about it it is how they read. Took a little time to get use to but I feel at times I am back in Biblical times and will day dream of being in the temple. Will share it and tell others. When it arrived it was oackage very carefully and was in great shape. Thank oyu

I purchased this Bible for a beginning Hebrew course and have been using it ever since. The font size is easy on the eyes and the print is crisp and clear. It is nice to be able to see the Hebrew vowels without using a magnifying glass. While there is not a lot of room in the margins, I have been able to make some notes.

This Bible exceeds my expectations! I love the large text height and that it opens from the left side. Very good.

I love my JPS hebrew english tanakh. It is the most accurate most reasearched tanakh I ever read I love the translation.
