Tell us a little about yourself. I attended and played football at Dobyns Bennett High School in Kingsport, Tennessee. I played in the Tennessee All Star Game. I played football two years at Lees McRae Jr. College in Banner Elk N.C. I also played football at East Tennessee State University. I Received my Masters of Science degree in Administration, Early Childhood Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauradel Florida. I taught school and coached football at five different high schools in four different school systems. I have served as Supervisor of Recreation for the City of Johnson City, Tennessee and Kingsport, Tennessee. I served as Executive Director of the ARCHS, Inc Head Start Program for 27 years. I am now President/CEO of Star of David Ministry and David's Tabernacle Church at 314 W. Main Street in Appalachia, Virginia. along with my wife Freda Bowen. I have written over 40 books on Biblical Subjects and over 30 children's books with my on illustrations. I have also made 19 slide show presentations each movie is 1 to 2 hours long. All of my writings and movies are an out of the Box creation bring you a bold and creative Holy Ghost Experience. I teach new concepts of the Holy Bible given to me by GOD.
What was your motivation behind this project? I had a divine experience of Grace. GOD took me deep into the darkness of the Old Law in order to show me it's beauty. I was able to see all of the colors of King Solomon's Temple and the Tabernacle of Moses and to place a meaning upon the Parables of Solomon and Yeshua. I discover the anatomy of the Messiah and compare it to the Great Temple built by Solomon. I have written four great books when put together make a Novel. The first Book is Jews of Babylon the Parable of Job. Then second book soon to be released is Jews of Babylon the Remnant Returns. The third book is Jews of Babylon the final Chapter and finally Jews of Babylon A Beginning. Your understanding of the Jewish People and the Messiah will have a whole new beginning when you hear My Story.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? People will realize that the best book has not yet been written. We must realize that the Old Law is a school master to bring us to the feet of Yeshua. the old law was a type and shadow of the Grace of GOD. job was not just one man. Job was a group of Jews, one from each tribe the twelve tribes that came in one mind and one accord and were able to invade the Sacred Council of God's Wisdom. The book takes place during the Ten High Holy Days. There were the two days of Rosh Hashanah or Repenting. Followed by seven days of silence or remembering. In the silence of their mind and the stillness of their heart the Jew's Rember their :past , present, and envision their future. The Jews of Babylon have a conversation within their thoughts with death, hell and the grave. The conversation turns to the Messiah.
The Messiah enters into their thoughts and has an in-depth conversation about his coming in the fleshly body of a Jew. Finally on the eve of Yom Kippur, Atonement, they stand before GOD as sheep all gone Astry and await upon him for his Judgment. They have returned. God grants them their freedom after seventy years in captivity. They prepare to Return as a remnant to re-write the Torah, put the Torah back into practice, rebuild the wall and the city and to trace the genealogy of the Star out of Jacob or The Star of David. This is our second book in this grate novel. Look for it!
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? My divine experience of Grace is told in the introduction of this book. I have walked with the prophets of old and have been given a supernatural experience that brings the word of GOD into a new light with the Dispensation of the Fullness of Time. We are now walking in this new dispensation of time. As noted, I have written books so very different from the norm. Our novel, The Greatest Untold Story ever Told, when discovered will make an award-winning movie on the big screen. You only think you know a lot about the Jewish Messiah. There is a lot more to know about this Lamb that was predestinated and preordained to stand as a Lamb Slain before the foundation of this old world was ever laid.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My influence lies with GOD and the Holy Ghost. I like the Apostle Paul was not taught what I know of men, nor did I learn it of men, but it was a revelation from Yeshua, Jesus Christ, after the Holy Ghost came upon me. My favorite Authors are the writers of the Holy Word of GOD. I have walked the circuits of the outer courts, which were measured not but were given to the Gentiles. As a young child my mother took me to a Holiness Church. I went to vacation bible school in a Baptist church. My neighbor's father was a Baptist Preacher, so I attended church with them quiet frequently. I went to a presbyterian College and attended Vester service. I taught senior Sunday school in a Methodist Church. I was ordained a Deacon indeed in the Baptist. I was ordained as an Elder in the Primitive Baptist Church. I was elected as Moderator in the oldest Primitive church in Wise County Virginia. I was later ordained into the Pentecostal Church. You may call me Meth-Holliness or Prebst-Baptisteria , just as long as I know I belong to the tribe of Issachar.
