I didn't expect this title to be a devotional work. Instead, I was ready to find an instructional volume filled with leadership principles from the life of Jesus. While at first disappointed, I continued to read and to find hope and motivation as a Christian leader. This book is much more devotional than instructional. While some of the insights have profound meaning, the focus is on application. Jones here clearly has a unique, much needed volume on Christian leadership. For its price, this book is well worth the investment.

Fantastic study of Jesus in His leadership role. This book is heavy on Jesus as a role model and light on "religion" making it a tool that can be used in any organization. I would highly recommend it to anyone in a leadership position.
