In Jesus Revealed: Know Him Better to Love Him Better, scholar and pastor Mark Roberts reintroduces readers to the true Son of God. Each chapter focuses on one aspect of Jesus' identity - such as Rabbi, Son of Man, and Light of the World. As Roberts explores what is behind each of these titles, he brings insight into the theological and historical meanings and then relates them to our faith and life today. As a result, Jesus Revealed presents the Jesus who surprises and unsettles, who comforts and empowers in astonishingly authentic ways. "By understanding Jesus more fully in his earthly life, we can more fully give him his proper place in our hearts," explains Roberts. "I am writing so that you might stop thinking of Jesus in modern terms or according to an American definition and accept him on his terms so that he might take rightful place in your life."
