I have read some of Sarah Young's adult devotionals, they are great. But I think this one is my favorite. It is such a beautiful board book. The illustrations are beautiful, meaningful and so appropriate. Reading these words to my kids seriously brought tears to my eyes, it is the beautiful message of the gospel. I am seriously pondering giving it to some adults who are searching. It is so well written with appropriate scriptures. It beautiful explains God's heart for all of us, his longing for us, but is also very realistic in the challenges that we all face in life. It is full of hope, truth and assurance. I will definitely put this on my list of books to buy for gifts and to encourage young kids in their faith.

What a precious devotional for young children! I loved the illustrations that add to the devotional reading. The "Jesus Calling" thought is short and sweet to hold to throughout the day or as you drift off to sleep. Even though this is for toddler/preschool, I really enjoyed it myself! I will definitely be purchasing for gifts! Again Sarah Young has done a fantastic job!

Phone Tree Review: Jesus Calling for Little Ones was an enchanting book that did much to nourish the tender hearts of Gods special, little angels. I adored the colorful illustrations and found the simple words to be soothing and encouraging. Overall, I thought that the author presented the content in such a way as to draw children closer to the word.

My children gave a thumbs up with a smile rating to this book.

Our Board voted to use this book as a Baby Dedication gift instead of the single rose that had been used for years. This is so much more meaningful, long-lasting, and will be used in the future by parents to introduce their little one to Jesus.

When I first saw this book on BookLookBlogger, I was immediately drawn to it for my 2 year old. And once I received it in the mail, I knew for sure it would be best for my two year old. The pages are all hard wood-like pages which makes it where she cannot rip the pages out (which she is prone to do because she's so rough and heavy handed). I love that she actually carries it around the house. When I say Gracie, what book do you want to read, this is the book she goes to get.
