Beginning the Walk Bible studies are designed to help believers begin their new walk with Christ. Although intended for individual use, they can also be used with a mentor or a small group. Each study contains 6 lessons with a key Scripture verse at the beginning of each lesson. In-depth teaching, clarifying questions, a summary and prayer make up the lessons. Jesus: the Way is the first study in the series. It introduces the challenges likely to be encountered in a new and growing faith and provide tools to overcome them. This study focuses primarily on Ephesians and Colossians, two letters written by the apostle Paul for new believers. Most of the Scripture quotations are taken from The Message and are included in the text. This series will provide the foundational teachings and resources necessary for building a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
This topical Bible study, written specifically for new believers, focuses on the foundational relationship between a Christian and Christ. Each of the six easy-to-understand lessons is ideal for a new believer beginning discipleship and spiritual growth or for someone who is helping a new Christian. If using in a group, personal study is needed between meetings.
