Great book, great series, great authors. The Thoene's really know how to tell a story and weave the historical facts into the fabric of their books.

I was captivated by this fictional account based on historical research which seemed quite accurate to me. I found it fascinating and really want to read the second book.

A fast paced page turner that I couldn't put down. I love the fictional characters interspersed with historical facts. A real glimpse into the birth of the nation of Israel and fulfillment of biblical prophecy.

By far the best author in historical Christian fiction. I can always count on learning something from her works that is both factual and relevant to Christianity even though they are fiction. When I go looking for a new read, she is always who I look for first.
