Holy Moments in the Presents of God
The cover is so beautiful with the cattails, birds and the flowers embossed Golden letters of the title and the back cover just as pretty and makes it a calm book to look at on both sides.
I love the fact that he has written the scripture on top of all the pages first and he gives you where he got it out of the bible so you can check your bible along side of what he wrote at top of page, he then writes a story for the morning time for you to read and think about, then one for evening time. To be honest I thought I could pick out one or two that I really liked and say hey this one is the best but I couldnt do that because I feel in love with the book and Davids writings is so good I just loved reading a lot of them no I didnt get through this thick book (maybe that is what took me so long in getting this reviewed). I never went with dates (sorry) Id sit down and whatever one I opened to I read and it seemed to fit that day and evening prefect.
As you read through this beautiful book of Holy Moments in the Presence of God, these are collections of meditations these devotions will equip you to live with Gods perspective as you commit your time to being with God you will find that life will be richer then you ever imagined.
I recommend this devotional highly. I feel you will truly be blessed with this book.
I received this book free from book look for an honest review. I was not required to write a positive review just and honest review. The opinions I have expressed are entirely my own and no one elses.

By David Jeremiah
Holy Moments in the Presence of God
A beautiful collection of devotions for morning and evening readings. David Jeremiah, a well-known pastor has written and compiled a collection of inspirational reading for those devotionals times you have set aside. This devotional gives you two readings for each day. Each day has a calendar date, no yearly date, making it useable more than one year and can be started anytime. Pastor Jeremiah give a Bible verse and adds a short story to add to that verse and will help with the meaning. The book is beautifully written in easy to understand words and will add to the day. The book is done in a beautiful leather look hard cover, well designed and contains over 750 pages. Besides the devotions there are some note pages in the back.
I think this book will add to everyones day and will inspire you to spend time in Gods Word every day. If you are looking for a way of adding some time with God each day, this devotional will be a help and is Biblical sound.

Beyond the name similarities, the idea is the same a short devotional for the morning and one for the evening. The book is a perpetual edition with the days of the year, but no year included. You can use it year after year, but there is no February 29 for Leap Years.
The devotionals themselves are all from Dr. Jeremiah's other works I believe. I do not know if there are any new writings included: however, since I have not read all of his other works most of the content is fresh to me. If you are a big fan of Dr. Jeremiah, you may have read part of the material. I believe it is from varied enough works that it would be hard not to find something new to you as well.
The binding of this book is beautiful. The cover has a deeply embossed image of what appears to be a marshland, and the title is also embossed at a shallower depth in gold. The texturing give the appearance of a leather bound book. It is a massive 740+ pages in length. Between the months there are divider pages which each contain a bible verse. A ribbon marker is included. A bibliography is included for listing the sources of the writings and rounding out the features are a couple of pages for notes in the back. A nice gift giving option for a devotional.
I received a copy of this book from BookLook Bloggers for a review. A positive review was not required. All thoughts on the book are my own.
