Author Bio

Professor of Religion at Reinhardt College, a United Methodist university, in Waleska, Georgia, is a United Methodist elder and has experience teaching in USA and Latin America. Dr. Martinez is founder of LAOS - Latinos on to Serve.

Dr. Aquiles E. Martínez es profesor asociado de religión en Reinhardt College, Waleska, Georgia, donde reside. También es un ministro ordenado de la Iglesia Metodista Unida y tiene amplia experiencia pastoral y docente tanto en América Latina como en Estados Unidos. Venezolano de origen, hizo sus primeros estudios en su país natal. Después obtuvo una doble maestría en Illinois y recibió su PH.D. de la Universidad de Denver/Illif School of Theology, con especialización en Nuevo Testamento.
