If you love coloring, painting and using other crafts, youll love digging into this book. Anyone who loves to meditate on the Word of God while adding your own drawings and other embellishments will love this. This would also make a great devotional since it has every chapter of Psalms. You can take one chapter per day and meditate on that chapter while adding your own special touch to the page. I think it would be a great buy as it will help you dig into Gods Word.

Please note: I received a copy of the Inspire Psalms from Tyndale House Publishers in exchange for my review. All thoughts in this review are my own and I was not swayed in my review.

I use this coloring book of the entire Book of Psalms for restful meditation. I try to just take a little time and color quietly while thinking about the Psalm as I read it and color this or that - I don't make it a job to color everything. The Psalms are here in their entirety and the drawings in the pages are lovely. This is beautiful and I thank CBD for making so many nice products available.

This is the first " INSPIRE" book I purchased, after seeing it at B&N for $20 . I scooped it up on sale, here at half price! Psalms is a beautifully illustrated Book. Once I began reading the Bible regularly, I discovered how much content is within 150 of David's songs. I love that its just one book of the Bible, as I read them so much. I was looking to Bible Journal & love the large format of these pages-. You really appreciate how beautiful your work is when done. So far I have successfully used colored pencils- but if you are using watercolors or acrylics- * prep the page first- with " art basics" brand of Gesso. They sell it at Michaels & online- it's only $8.00.

*Last July, My son went on to buy me the large print , turquoise " INSPIRE" Bible- which has different illustrations- of the Psalms- and the rest of the Bible is just as stunning, & comes with 2 ribbons. I fell in love with it. You just don't know where to start- so I began at Psalm 23.

    * At Christmas, my son purchased the smaller Purple floral " Inspire PRAISE " Bible for me. I wanted the new one, so I could take it to Church. I had not yet seen the format- and once again- the ILLUSTRATIONS are stunning, fun and - Different- than the illustrated "Psalms" book or the " Inspire" Bible version. Also- they made the pages slightly thicker, they are " white" not off white, and they included 32 pages of Vellum created art. They look like Watercolor art pages in your BIble. That means- they are " see through" and you can leave the pages as they are- or add your own colors & complete them.

ALL in ALL - very different and each beautiful in their own version. Tyndale has knocked it out of the park, for each book.

Why does that matter? I love art and am an artist- but I also love the beauty of these books, and I just wanted to share - if anyone was curious- how the illustrated work- is brand new- in each book. Whichever one you purchase, You will love it . I love to Bible Journal and you can't go wrong when you are inspired to dedicate your work to God.
