    Publisher's Description

Anger is an emotion that can take many forms and expressions, from the destructive to the constructive. So how can we both understand and manage such an emotion? As we gain insight into anger, together with the skills to handle it well, we can move forward in putting God first and finding acceptance, peace and forgiveness in Him.

Key insights in this book include:

  1. Understanding anger - its roots, causes and development
  2. What anger does to us
  3. A practical approach to handling anger
  4. Drawing on case studies, as well as personal and professional experiences, Insight into Anger offers practical and spiritual help to those facing issues with anger, and those who want to help others. Includes a Foreward by Lord Carey.

The Waverley Abbey Insight Series is based on one-day seminars held by CWR at Waverley Abbey House to give insight into some key issues that many people struggle with today.
