This book is written from a mom's perspective on how she and her husband reared their daughter. It tells of the many medical decisions they made through their daughter Angela's illness. Author and mother Marcia Gaston thanks God often for the extended life Angela has been given. This book is her view of the battle faced by Angela, a cancer patient. Anyone who has survived cancer realizes that they must create a new life, never to be the same.

It's been a number of years since her illness has taken place. Marcia has lived in amazement and wonder at the things Angela has gone through and the remarkable way she handled situations, including high school and college graduation.
