I have been so involved in this story that I almost forgot it was fiction.
But in this book 3, If I Live, all the answers and how Casey and Dylan end the search for the "bad guy" comes to an end.
It's interesting that Dylan's life becomes intertwined with Casey's as they both try to figure out who is behind all the terrible murders. And who is trying to frame Casey.
It is imperative to read all three of these books in order or the whole case makes no sense.
This is a good ending to a great series!

Lights in a Dark WorldGender: Female5 Stars Out Of 5Amazing end to an amazing series!April 21, 2018Lights in a Dark WorldGender: FemaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 0Casey Cox is still on the run in this final book in the If I Run series. Between Casey and private investigator, Dylan Roberts, the evidence against Gordon Keegan is mounting, and they know that the running will soon be over. However, the closer they get to nailing Keegan and clearing Casey's name, the more dangerous it becomes for both of them. Will they be able to get the evidence to someone who will believe them and isn't in on the corruption with Keegan before he finds Casey? Will Casey ever get to go back to her normal life before this nightmare began? Or will they both be Keegan's next victims to cover his crimes?
An amazing end to a great series. I have thoroughly enjoyed this series! Just like the previous books in the series, I could not put this book down. The suspense has you on edge throughout the entire book, so many twists and turns keep you guessing what will happen next. From the beginning, I quickly fell in love with Casey and Dylan. It was hard for me to wait for the next book to come out so I could see what happened next. I highly recommend this series, and for that matter any other books Terri Blackstock writes, they are amazing!
**I received this book free from the publisher in exchange for review. I was not required to write a positive review, and all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Dwina Willis5 Stars Out Of 5ThrillingApril 20, 2018Dwina WillisQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0The conclusion to Terri Blackstock's If I Run series is just as thrilling as the first two. (You do need to read those before you read this one.)
Casey Cox is an innocent fugitive, and she is on the run again. Continuing to disguise her appearance, Casey manages to keep one step ahead of those who want her dead until she is discovered in Memphis.
Dylan Roberts is a former soldier who battles PTSD. He now works as an investigator hired to apprehend Casey, but he has become her confidante and friend. His life is threatened, while he tries to undercover corruption in the Shreveport police department and gather enough evidence to free Casey and convict the guilty.
The conclusion of the "If I Run" series is just as climatic as it should be. Throughout the story Casey learns to look for the good and trust in God for the outcome.
All things do work together for good. All things.
