ash03layne5 Stars Out Of 5Easy, delightful and funMay 2, 2016ash03layneQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I have enjoyed this curriculum very much so far. It comes very simply laid out and with great activities. I also really appreciate that the teachers pages are simple. Many children's lessons I find online are so scripted it becomes overwhelming. Thank you for taking your time to create a real gem and trusting the teacher to teach. I only wish there were more lessons. :)
Rachel F.5 Stars Out Of 5Beautifully Illustrated Bible StoryBookApril 19, 2016Rachel F.Quality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5I Will Follow Jesus by Judah and Chelsea Smith is a beautifully illustrated children's Bible Storybook. It contains easy to read and understand stories from the New and Old Testaments including some of the most popular like Noah and the Ark, Daniel and the Lion's Den and the Story of Jesus's death and resurrection.
Judah and Chelsea Smith take the stories from the Bible and re-write them into an easy to understand and an easy to follow format that is much easier for children to understand. They include the point of reference's from the Bible, i.e. the scripture reference, so you can go back and read the full story if you wish. At the end of each section/story they include and I Will Follow Jesus page with a short overview of the story just read and a small prayer for kids.
I enjoy this for Benjamin because it is so simple to understand and much more in-depth than some of the story book Bible's I have gotten in the past. The illustrations are eye catching and fun for kids to page through and my son actually picks up on things being read to him to more fully understand how God works.
This is a great addition to a child's library. The illustrations are beautiful, it is well written and easy to read and has a bookmark ribbon, which is great for keeping place especially when my son loves to take all my bookmarks.

I will Follow Jesus is a childrens book, written and designed for children between the ages of 4-8 years of age. Within you will find a story summarizing events throughout the Bible in a language and format a child can understand; as well as peaking their interest when they discover the characters within the Bible go through things which are a lot like what they go through in their own lives. In addition to providing a summary of a Bible event, there is a I will follow Jesus section at the end of each story; recapping the story and discussing how it applies to the childs life. Then the section ends with a prayer to the Lord relating to the storys content.
I loved I will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook ! It provides a story from the Bible [even though the details may not be all there and exactly as the Bible states it]. The language is in a way that is understandable, easy to relate to, and proper for a child. The illustrations throughout every page are excellent and full of color and expression. I read these stories to my 20-month old son and he listens intently, while also enjoying the pictures on the pages.
I highly recommend I will Follow Jesus to all parents of children ages 1-8. Even if they cannot yet read or understand, the hearing of it can begin at an early age.
InkBlotsbyTRD5 Stars Out Of 5I Will Follow Jesus Bible StorybookFebruary 2, 2016InkBlotsbyTRDQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0The I Will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook is a new storybook written by Judah Smith (author of Jesus is ____.) and his wife, Chelsea Smith. The I Will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook has a printed hardcover (shown in the cover image) and has a ribbon bookmark.
First, let me say the the illustrations in the I Will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook (by Alexandra Ball) are absolutely adorable and heart-warming. I love the muted color palette and the adorable illustration style.
The I Will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook has a somewhat unique format for a storybook Bible. It is divided into Old Testament stories and New Testament Stories, but within each of those are sections that have between 1 and 5 stories. These story sections each have their own introductions and "I Will Follow Jesus" conclusions. Each introduction has a Bible verse and each conclusion also has a prayer. (As an example, the first section in the Old Testament stories is "Creation" and it has an introduction (titled "Creation"), three stories ("God Makes Everything", "God Is Our Friend", and "A Bad Decision"), a conclusion (titled "I Will Follow Jesus"), and a prayer. The introduction and conclusion are what I would call "devotional style", and the stories are just that - Bible stories. If you are looking for a solid, Bible-only version with nothing added...this isn't for you. This is a storybook, and is written as such.
Overall, the I Will Follow Jesus Bible Storybook is a fun addition to your bookshelf and I think this is something that many kids will enjoy looking at (and listening to) repeatedly.

Lyndsey5 Stars Out Of 5Excellent Children's Bible storybookFebruary 1, 2016LyndseyQuality: 0Value: 0Meets Expectations: 0Judah and Chelsea Smith have written an excellent resource for parents to read to their children. The stories, focusing on Biblical characters like Moses and Esther, speak in terms kids can understand. Judah also has personal stories written at the beginning of the chapters. I loved the illustrations that are simple but really help tell the story. Also this is not a storybook for a young child or toddler. I would say from 1st grade on up because the stories are more detailed and wouldn't hold the attention span of a young toddler. Overall, this is a fabulous resource.
