Product Description

From personal experience, Linda Davis explains the most effective types of prayers and shares many testimonies of husbands won to the Lord. She includes the key to understanding an unsaved husband's rejection and hostility. Here is the scriptural way to bring your husband to Jesus. Every time you get your hopes up, they come crashing down - shattering like broken promises. You crumble under the weight of your own disappointment. In despair you cry out to God, "Why don't you do something? I need your help! Will You ever save my husband?" This is the heart wrenching cry of a Christian woman whose husband doesn't know Christ as his Savior and Lord. A great spiritual gulf separates them. It is difficult to agree on day to day decisions, let alone larger questions. Everyday life becomes a lonely and painful existence. Drawing from personal experience and biblical wisdom Linda Davis describes how you can: Be happy in spite off your circumstances; understand your husband's point of view; witness to your husband without saying a word; release your husband to God; Rely on God's perfect timing for your husband's salvation; understand what God means by submission; deal with rejection and hostility; be set free from worry and guilt

This book shed so much light on issues that I have been burdened with, but never knew how to articulate. I don't know anyone who's been "spiritually alone" or "unequally yoked", therefore, I've always felt alone in my daily battles. However, this book has assured me that I'm not alone! More importantly, Linda Davis gives encouragement, practical advice/tips, real life stories and examples; all of which are backed up by scripture. She helped me realize the power and authority I have in prayer and helped me turn over all control to God! Every day I grow by applying the things I've learned from this book...the outcome has been astounding! I truly feel like my walk with Jesus is stronger than before (and growing daily) and I see Him working in my husband's heart in ways I'd, honesty, lost hope with. I read the book within a couple days because it's so easy to read and Mrs. Davis' writing is very relatable! I am contantly referencing back to it if I need a quick "pick-me-up" whenever discouragement strikes. This book is in the top 5 life changing books I've ever read (the Bible being #1)!

The only downside is now I have a friend who's in the same position I was, and as much as I want to loan her my book, I can't because I have worn it out and written so much in it. Haha! I'll be buying another copy for her this week - it's worth it!

I loved this book. My husband was not a believer when I read this book. About 6 months after reading this book he accepted the Lord as his savior. I always tell people that this book should be titled "How to be a happy friend, wife, sister, mother or daughter of someone not walking with the Lord" Not for just unsaved husbands. LOVED THIS BOOK! This and Beth Moore's Believing God.

This is a great book. Many of the guidelines Linda Davis gives for dealing with your spouse would apply to even Christian husbands. She gives sound, Scriptural, no-nonsense advice on how to treat your husband the way God wants you to. I am teaching a class on spiritually mismatched marriages and I will be using a lot of Mrs. Davis' material. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who struggles with these issues.

This book really helped me understand my husband even more. Next to the Bible, it has become my guide in becoming "a wife of noble character". I became a Christian after marriage. We are married for 13 years now and have three wonderful kids . I am waiting for my husband's salvation which surely will happen in God's time. This book is really an inspiration and has kept me from giving up on my husband. Marriage may be, at times tough, but the Lord is always faithful and has blessed me with this book through a Christian friend. I just want to share my experience with you. God bless!
