Publisher's Description

When students go to college, they’re leaving behind their network of support and heading to a world with different perspectives, responsibilities, and expectations. Even for those going to “Christian” colleges, there’s no guarantee they won’t face challenges to their faith. So how do students stay Christian in college? How do they stay open about their faith in the face of potential ridicule?

A must-read for every college student, How to Stay Christian in College will guide readers through the maze of campus realities. J. Budziszewski discusses the foundations of the Christian faith and directly addresses different worldviews and myths that students may encounter at college. I found this to be a useful tool for someone that will be going to college soon. It gives them some perspective of what to expect and how to react.

I purchased this book for a friend at church just before she left for the state university last year. I previewed the book and highlighted many sections for her before wrapping it. She told me that she read it and thought it was great. I purchased this latest one for my niece at Christmas who's just gone away to state university also, knowing that these young ladies will face most, if not all of the challenges described in the text. I certainly hope both of them read and heed it. It is very well written.
