Joy Charles5 Stars Out Of 5Easy and PracticalJanuary 3, 2011Joy CharlesQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This booklet was designed as a guide to help new-born believers grow in Christ; but it could also be used as an evangelism tool/guide (you just won't find a prayer of salvation in its pages.) It starts off providing assurance of salvation by explaining that salvation is by grace. The last two and first six pages can be used as a guideline for evangelism and, after the person you are witnessing to has accepted Christ this booklet can be given as a lovely welcome gift to the new-born believer. The booklet has an appealing layout, is very easy to read, and is clear and concise—no useless wordiness. Also, besides salvation, this booklet does not address doctrinal or theological issues such as: the nature of God, the deity of Christ, baptism, faith, etc. After the section on salvation by grace it addresses the topics: How to talk to God (prayer), how God talks to us, divine inspiration of the Bible, tips on how to start studying the Bible, the importance of Church fellowship, and ends with how the new believer can share Christ with others. It is very simple, encouraging and uplifting.
