This is a great book! My wife's mother gave this to us as a gift, and I decided to sit down and read it one afternoon. I could not put it down until I was finished. After all, it is only 90 some pages. The writing style is casual and conversational and does not try to force the reader into accepting Jesus as the Lord and Savior. The author's approach appeals to the reader's skeptical and logical side. My favorite aspect of this book is that it clearly states the logic behind the Christian God sending His Son to be sacrificed for our sins. It makes the concept of salvation through Christ clear to those not familiar with Christianity.

My wife's mother gave us and her sister the hardback edition. I enjoyed the book so much that I ordered this 6 pack of soft-cover books to give away to others. Her sister, on the other hand, liked the book even more -- so much that she became saved! After 30 years of talking to her sister, my mother-in-law could not convince her of the salvation available through Christ. This book convinced her! We are so happy that she will be able to join us in heaven someday.

I have compared the hard-cover edition to this soft-cover edition. Fortunately, the text lines up exactly between the versions. This is excellent if the book is going to be used in a discussion because the page numbers are the same. Also, there is no price listed on this edition, so it is better for giving as a gift. If you are at all curious about what it takes to get to heaven or you know someone who is, get a copy of this book!

I have handed out over 400 of these and plan to hand out another 600 by the end of the decade. I'm passionate about this book since it addresses the dangerous thought that you can earn your way to heaven.

Have given this book to many people. Everyone should consider carrying a copy in your car or home library to give away to those friends or anyone who needs to be saved.

I really liked this book. A little "tongue in cheek" though. I have read through this book twice now to make sure that it is spot on doctrinally as I would not want to mislead anyone while witnessing. We have to be careful what books we use as witnessing tools.
