      This is an excellent reference and information book for anyone nearing the passage of menapause or in the middle of menapause. I found it to be very helpful and encouraging.

      Excellent, excellent book!! It not only gives you food information, it tells you why you should eat certain foods and when and in what combinations. And it is easy!!! I was able to start working on it the first day I got the book!!! The foods are normal foods too. Not some specialty things or odd combinations!! Great book! I really recommend it to any woman!
