Homeschool Family Fitness provides a year's worth of fitness improvement for everyone in the family. It tells about many games and how to play them and modifications for the number of children playing. Equipment to buy and to store it in a trash can of all things (works). My children need to get outside and wear off their energy. Most of the activities don't even have to take much time. There are many activities to do with bean bags for instance and I never thought of them. This book is for all grade levels and is for home school and for public school children.
I'm one of those public school and home school parents. I'm sure there are more of you like that. I extend areas the children are working on and in the case of Math teach it entirely using a different program.
I haven't read all of the parts about testing and parts of the body and rationale for the things he suggests. I'm looking forward to it.
