While looking through the paper, Bev notices an ad for a manager at a used toy store, called Twice Loved. Bev answers the ad and is immediately hired by Twice Love's owner Dan Fisher.
Dan Fisher's wife died of leukemia two years ago before the war ended and it was Dan's promise to her to keep Twice Loved, her used toy store opened. When Dan hires Bev Winters he starts to become "attached" to Bev and her daughter, Amy and shows them much kindness. Will a relationship develop between Bev and Dan beyond "employer and employee". Will they both find happiness and love again after loss. Twice Loved was released in 2013 as a stand alone book by Wanda E. Brunstetter. I would highly recommend Love Finds a Hom, and all three of these stories of romance
