JosephineOslo, NorwayAge: 45-54Gender: female5 Stars Out Of 5Wonderful bookJuly 11, 2016JosephineOslo, NorwayAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5My 8 year old daughter was mersmerized by the story and the pictures. We read a few pages at a time as bed time story, and she loved the story so much that she rushed to get ready for bed so that we had ample time to complete a chapter each time. She voluntarily followed through the bible reading suggestions and prayers. The illustrations made sense to her as an 8 year old. She began memorising bible verses, talks about prayer, secret place with God.

It appeals to the child in all of us and it is a non-threatening introduction to learning about Jesus through the intimacy of easy reading. I keep a new copy on my shelf and have had great results giving this beautifully simple gift. I still enjoy reading my first copy :).

Melissa5 Stars Out Of 5October 9, 2012MelissaQuality: 4Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5We have been using this as a morning devotional for our 6 and almost 4 year old. We only read a few pages at a time, but they have really been enjoying it, especially the 6 year old. It is a great way to see how to practically apply the truths of who God is and who we are as His children. So many of the lessons Much-Afraid learns can be applied directly to our kids' lives right away. My husband and I are blessed and challenged as we read it to our kids too!
