Walter Kaiser is a well-known OT scholar/professor and board member of BSF International. Ever since I had the opportunity to hear Dr. Kaiser speak, I've been very interested in learning what he can teach me as a student of the Bible. And as I expected, he wowed me with this book. The book was chosen by myself and a small group of women as our summer Bible Study. At the end of each chapter he summarizes the points that he made and provides 5-6 discussion questions. Perfect for what we were looking for. If you want to invigorate your own prayer life, a would highly recommend this book.
