Tell us a little about yourself. I enjoy writing about the bible. I try to make the stories easy to understand. You will learn to also read your own Bible and grow in wisdom and knowledge. You will learn how to apply scripture to your life and overcome trials with joy. I want people to know the bible is real. I have a large family. I put their pictures on the front covers. I work in my children's school library. I want people to know they can use scriptures to overcome trials in their lives.
What was your motivation behind this project? I want to prepare you to learn to read and understand your own bible. This will take learning in a simple way. The work is done for you. All you have to do is read and grow and apply to your life. What a fun and easy way to learn about your bible. Pictures for each story help you understand.
What do you hope folks will gain from this project? I know everyone who reads these books will get an easy explanation and an illustration to help them understand. It's fun. It's easy. It's a family thing. What an easy way to learn how to grow and know truth about your own Bible. This will help you to daily read your Bible and grow closer to God. You will learn to turn to your Bible for help in times of trouble and become victorious. You will know God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit in a real way.
How were you personally impacted by working on this project? I struggled to read and understand what was going on . I learn to read foot notes to help me. I also have a book that tells you the overall view of each book. I enjoyed working on this because of all the revelation knowledge of each book. I now have a better understanding of how to study. It is important to look into the overall view of each book. This will prepare you to follow along as you read. Studying about a book before you read it will help in understanding what is being talked about.
Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists? My influence was my pastor. He explained that Job was having a conversation with his three friends. They each gave their own personal opinion. The fourth friend gave a more Godly advice. Had I known this before I read Job, I would have been able to understand and learn more. It is important to look up the main theme of each book before you start studying.
Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know: I have also written a book called, "Highlights of the Parables". Another book that gives you insight to each parable, followed with an explanation and a colorful illustration. Another easy and fun way to understand each parable, with a colorful illustration.
