We just purchased this game and got in the mail the other day. So far my 5 year old has played it 6 or 7 times with me. She has won almost every time. This is the first game I have seen her have so much fun. I love how there is scripture at the bottom of each card. It is a very simple game, though I think you could make it more difficult. If you ask the child to read the card to you, then asking them "what does this verse mean?" or "how can this effect others?" yes the game will take longer, but it would also pull you into conversion with the child. It would also make the child really think. Any game that can help a child grow in the Lord I feel is a blessing.

Being that I gave this to my Great Nephew's for Easter I didn't play with the game but I could see it was a game that they could handle and understand. This is a good way to teach children about things of the bible and in hopes as they get older they will want to read the bible for themselves to find out more about our Lord and Savior.

My family loved this game and my kids always ask to play it. Even my 9 and 10 year old's enjoy playing this with their younger siblings. I think it's great to have a fun game, similar to Candy Land and Chutes and Ladders, but that teaches children Bible verses and Christian characteristics. It gives parents an opportunity to expound on qualities we would want to see in our children. The game board is creative and well designed. I am excited about this product and think it will make a great gift for my children's friends.

Thank you for asking for my input on this game. I was really disappointed with the process that was used to teach values. Just "telling" children something does not make them process the information very well. I felt that the concepts could have been taught better by using questioning techniques. For example: Is being truthful: a: taking a cookie b: going to Sunday school or c: admitting to telling a lie

I thought there could have been extra points for a child repeating the verse back or even have memorized part of it. I taught Kindergarten for 23 years and I found that the way children process best is by having to think through the answers to questions rather than just telling them the information.

    I hope this is helpful.

My Grand Kids LOVE this game and want to play it over and over! In addition to being a fun game it gives me the opportunity to teach them Biblical character traits. I also enjoy asking them to find things on the beautifully illustrated game board like the narrow road, wolf in sheep' s clothing , the Lion and the lamb, children praying, children reading their Bible and many others!
