Anyone can easily apply the recommendations from Laura and see great improvement in their health and well-being.
With thirty short chapters, The Healthy Living Handbook addresses the whole person. By changing one's habits, these simple ideas are divided over three sections: spirit, mind, and body. Ten very important, yet doable new habits for each area are explained.
As I read through The Healthy Living Handbook, I immediately found changes that I can make to improve my life. These changes are easily applied, and I can achieve greater health and wellness because I am caring for my spirit, mind and body. I love that Laura provides guidance for the whole person, not just one area. I can read a chapter per day or spend more time on a chapter. But either way, I will be greatly improving my health inside and out.
I very highly recommend The Healthy Living Handbook: Simple, Everyday Habits for Your Body, Mind and Spirit. I am going to be reading through this book again and again to receive all of the important information contained in this book. I know I want to continue to live better and enjoy life fully.
