Dr. Phyllis Kilbourn is the founder of Rainbows of Hope and Crisis Care Training International, both global ministries to children in crisis. A child advocate, trauma trainer, and author/ editor of a number of handbooks focused on interviews for children in crisis, Phyllis also served in Liberia and Kenya with WEC International. She holds a Ph.D. in education from Trinity International University in Deerfield, IL.
