Author Bio

Marc Nikkel was a priest of the Episcopal Church who served for twenty years as a missionary in the Sudan. He died in 2000, after a long battle with cancer. The Rev. Dr. Grant Lemarquand is Associate Professor of Biblical Studies and Mission at the Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry, Ambridge, PA. He as also served as a missionary in the Anglican Church of Kenya.
