What an intriguing blend of Old Testament prophecy and current events, forcing readers to juxtapose the horrific circumstances following the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001 with the unfolding of extraordinary, dare we say prophetic, evidences of a God who warns of impending judgement while demonstrating His intrinsic supply of mercy and grace.
The author's obvious knowledge of biblical history and the ease with which he translates the ancient languages of the Bible, serves as compelling evidence to the fact that he views this book as a message to America, which he could not help but write. Despite the fact that it is heavy reading, "The Harbinger" is fascinating and thought provoking.
"The bricks have fallen,
But we will rebuild with hewn stone.
The sycamores have been cut down,
But we will plant cedars in their place. "
