The "Cursive C" workbook introduces current cursive writing; lessons 1-5 introduce the vowels and lessons 6-26 cover the remaining letters in alphabetical order. Lessons review both upper and lower-case cursive letters and provide opportunities to practice individual words and sentences during the rest of the year. Correct alignment, slant, size, shape and spacing are emphasized. Practice sheets provide room to trace letters before writing them individually.
Scripture verses are taken from The Living Bible. 176 pages, softcover. Consumable and non-reproducible.

Q: Should my child complete the Transition Book before starting Book C? I am wondering if my child should complete the Transition Book before moving from Book B to Book C. Is there cursive instruction at the beginning of Book C, or just review? Would it be better to skip Book B and complete the Transition Book during her 2nd grade year?
Yes, the Transition book contains all instruction for moving into cursive. There is no basic instruction for cursive in Book C. Since each child develops differently, it is best to start your child in the transition book when they indicate they are ready for cursive. It can be used in either grade 2 or 3.
