Especially the one about forgiveness. But this one didn't really help me. Maybe I am looking to hard for the answer? Example: She talks about anger by asking you the reader questions about your past etc. Then gives a vague answer on how to handle your anger. Give it to God and let His peace rest on you. What is that? That sounds very nice and all but I need more of a map to get me to that peace resting upon me. Its like someone coming up to you and asking you why your depressed then telling you just to be happy. Um gee why didn't I think of that? No really, is there a button called 'Peace' that I can press or a switch called 'happy'? If so, how does one find that button or switch in the dark? Seriously? I need more input. A map on getting from point A(anger) to point P (peace). This book is more informational on the subject of emotions. Where does anger come from and what triggers it etc. But the 'how to handle' part was too vague. I need something on how to overcome.

I have loaned it to friends who have loved it also. This book has alot of inspirational reading in it that also helps to heal the spirit.

So far, it is not impacting me as much as June's other book How to Forgive when You don't Feel like it did. But that may be a very personal thing. It is right up and Biblically sound. I bought a copy for me and 1 for the parish library.

I recommend it for everyone even if you don't think you have any hang ups or problems. Sometimes they are buried deep inside and need to come out and be dealt with.
