Boz's Pumpkin Party, by Michael Anthony Steele, is a simple, lift-the-flap book. The story begins with an invitation to Boz's Pumpkin party, continues with Boz and friends getting things ready, friends arriving, then playing games. The book is cute, but I found the end somewhat lacking. It ends with Boz being thankful for so many friends, which one can tie into the story, but to me, it seemed rather generic and abrupt. Still, a fun book for little ones, especially at the reduced price.

The book was nice for the price but I was disappointed that there was no Biblical reference or any scripture verses at all.

My grandson turned 2 and his mom said he would like it because he loves to open the "doors" on each page . . . but they would have to "really" look at it when the EXCITEMENT from the party died down.

We just love Boz the Bear books and DVD's. This one is great because it has the flaps to open. My grandaughter just loves to see who in under the flaps. Great quality and a great story.
