Lorraine5 Stars Out Of 5December 9, 2008LorraineI bought this book because I have Fibromyalgia, IBS and Chronic Fatigue. The author is a fellow CFS & FM sufferer who knows how we feel both physically and mentally. This book is very well written and most of it can be quickly applied to your daily living. Incorporating the 7 keys into your life also helps to keep you in a daily routine which is important for FM. Right now, I am still working on changing my eating habits and avoiding stress and I hope these keys will also help me lose some weight. I definitely recommend this book.
