What a comforting book. It really goes into great detail about God's Grace, Mercy & Love for us in a very easy read.

Before ever having read the book, I was lead to give it to one of my dearest friends who was dying from cancer. Her husband read it to her in the weeks before she passed and wrote to me about what a comfort it was to them both. So, not to miss out, I bought another copy and read it myself. This is an outstanding inspiration and one I will pass on again and again.

This book gives an excellent picture of the limitless extent of God's saving and sustaining grace, coupled with the responsibility of the recipients of God's grace to extend grace to others. The author used examples from Scripture to illustrate different facets of God's grace: the woman taken in adultery, Barabbas, the Israelites' deliverance from Egypt, Jesus washing the disciples' feet, Ruth and Boaz, King David, the apostles Paul and Peter, etc. I gained a much greater appreciation of God's grace than I had before I read the book.

this book is in the must read file. it reminds me to have a grace filled heart

I love reading Max Lucado's books! He is in tune with today's world and is able to relate to the needs of his readers.
