I am very happy with my Good News Bible. I like the drawing in the bible. My bible, the words are NOT rammed together and it is easy to read.

Poor quality and bad print seems to be killing my favorite Bible translation...this Bible ISBN:9781585161546 is somewhere between a hardback and a paperback, not too sure what that really is but I wouldn't call it a hardback. The newsprint pages are horrible. I hate the way the Vallotton Drawings are minimized as if to save ink. I suppose I should be glad they included the drawings at all since it is getting harder to find ones that they have printed the drawings in. Hate how this Bible is all crammed together and on such poor paper. This is made so cheaply I can't see it lasting through much of any use....very sad....

Perhaps it is time to join the crowd and get an NIV...but then I would miss those drawings!!! What is one to do?
