Author/Artist Review

Author: Teresa Masters
Located in: Unicoi, TN
Submitted: June 16, 2016

Tell us a little about yourself.  I am a first time self-publisher. I'm married and live in East TN with my husband. I'm very active in my community church. I'm also a recording artist with Tate Music Group and gospel music is my passion.

What was your motivation behind this project?  I'm the mother of two precious children and both have entered into their heavenly home at very young ages. This book was written in hopes of keeping their memory alive.

What do you hope folks will gain from this project?  I hope my book can be a spiritual help to any mother that has lost a child. With God's help we can learn to cope with anything life throws our way in a spiritual mind frame.

How were you personally impacted by working on this project?  While writing "Good Grief" it was very hard for me to face this tragedy once again. However, the more I wrote the more I realized it was becoming very therapeutic for me.

Who are your influences, sources of inspiration or favorite authors / artists?  I have always been a great fan of Beth Moore's books. I have learned to live closer to God in my daily walk with her teachings.

Anything else you'd like readers / listeners to know:  I currently have a single release on Southern Gospel Radio that I have written titled "I Got Mercy"
