I think its a myth that atheists don't actually have emotions (ok I mean that as a little tongue-in-cheek) , and the movie doesnt deal that much with science.
Realistically, there isnt a movie that is going to persuade athiests or anyone for that matter. Thats the work of the Holy Spirit. A+ movie and I highly recommend it!!

This was a great example of how.
MarieOklahoma City, OKAge: 45-54Gender: female3 Stars Out Of 5OK for Christians but not good for outreach to atheistsNovember 22, 2016MarieOklahoma City, OKAge: 45-54Gender: femaleQuality: 4Value: 4Meets Expectations: 1This movie can motivate Christians to prepare for the worldview conflicts in college, but I would not recommend it to persuade atheists. Only a few sentences are a defense of Christianity with information. The characters have many problems in life and in human relationships and often display very strong emotions. An atheist who thinks with logic (not emotions) will probably see this movie as vindication of an idea that Christianity is about emotions and being able to handle problems in life, and that Christians dont deal much with science. For outreach to atheists or agnostics, use a DVD from one of the major creationist organizations. Evolutions Achilles Heels is good for college students.
