Estelle Corke - When not pinned to her drawing desk working on the latest book commission, Estelle is quite happy perusing the shelves in the childrens section of a book store. She is amazed and inspired by both old favorites and the latest publications. Her own style is traditional hand painted artwork, with a little fun and a lot of heart. Estelle lives in the beautiful West Country in England with her family.
Fitzysmom5 Stars Out Of 5Review from Rambles of a SAHMApril 25, 2017FitzysmomQuality: 5Value: 5Meets Expectations: 5This updated version of God Made You Nose to Toes is a wonderful improvement on the original. The artwork is much more appealing and the padded board book feels nice in your hands. This would make a delightful gift for a new mom or a toddler's birthday.
In rhyming text the author takes you through each part of the body and points out great reasons why God chose to give you the features that He did. I can imagine lots of cuddles and tickles as you read this book to your little one.
If you are looking for another way to solidify to your little one that they are loved by you and especially by God this book would be a great addition to your personal library.
I received a copy of this book to facilitate my review.

God Made You Nose To Toes is a board book for young readers. It explores all the parts of the body that God gave to us and teh reasons why they were made in regards to what they allow us to do.
In a rhyming style, the parts of the body and what they do are presented. The illustrations are colorful and attract young readers, sparking their interest and imagination. I recommend God Made You Nose To Toes.

With the help of a colorful toucan, rhymes are given to express that God made each part for a reason. Delightful animals are incorporated through the story via the talents of illustrator Estelle Corke. The book, published by Zondervan, is 8.38" x 8.38" and has 18 pages.
I wasn't blown away by the book, but I did think it was cute. More importantly, it has been handled a lot by a 16 months old who is loving the pictures. Also, the book is still completely intact. She is too young to sit still as I read it, but has grabbed it to look at several times. As she gets older we can spend more time on the words and the lesson to be taught. I believe she will enjoy learning more about her fingers, knees, nose, toes, etc., and that God created her to enjoy life and because He loves her very much. Between both of us, I would say the book is not quite a five for me, but not completely a 4...perhaps a 4.45.
I received a copy of this book from BookLook Bloggers at no cost to myself. However, my thoughts and opinions are my own.

I like to check out different children's books for my nieces and nephews, and I was happy to have the chance to read and review God Made You Nose to Toes.
The pictures in this book are nothing special. They are colorful and fun, but they are not especially cute.

This is a good book for babies and toddlers.
What I liked:
I like padded boardbooks.
I like the size of this book.
The messages is kind of cute and simple, that God made a child just the way that they are for a reason.
What I didnt like:
There are many similar books out there, and I just don't really care for this one too much.
Overall, I like other children's books more than this one.
