God Chose Me

Lexa Hale is a devoted Christian, mother, grandmother, and storyteller with a heart for beauty, truth, and the wonder of childhood. She loves to write poetry for children and enjoys being a contributor to Focus on the Family’s Clubhouse, Jr. magazine.  Lexa is a longtime resident of Cape Cod and is inspired by the beauty that surrounds her.  She seeks to bring the joy of that inspiration to young hearts, and is also a talented collage artist and jewelry designer.

Dana Regan is a writer, illustrator, and author of nearly 100 children's books for a variety of publishers, including Scholastic, Random House, Penguin, Grosset & Dunlap, HarperCollins and Simon & Schuster. Prior to publishing these works, she designed greeting cards for Hallmark. Regan lives in Kansas City.
