Before I gave my heart to Jesus Christ and received Him as my Lord and Savior, I lived a life that reflected decisions made outside the will of God. Christianity and salvation were the furthest thoughts from my mind, and I was happy living for the moment. Even though my sins were not categorized by man as being horrible sins worthy of punishment, nonetheless, in the sight of God, they were sins worthy of His punishment and, yet, His forgiveness.I wrote this book of poetry because I want you to know that Jesus is knocking at the door of your heart (or someone that you know). He wants to lift you from the darkness of sin and place you in the presence of the marvelous Light.
