Whether your church has fifty or fifteen hundred in worship, ministry leaders Jim and Jen Cowart offer a fresh strategy for developing community groups for your whole church and beyond in their study, Grab|Gather|Grow. Community groups become a multiplication strategy because they nurture an urgent expectation outside the congregation to share the good news with people not yet professing faith, while creating a well-defined path for growth in personal discipleship. This strategy is called G3, and it is a simple way to revive a small group ministry: Grab some resources, Gather a few friends, and Grow in Christian life together.
Take this leadership book and form a small implementation team to read together about the benefits of the G3 strategy and the directions for implementing this simple system. Watch the Grab|Gather|Grow DVD together, and then let of the controls because God is already at work in your community.
